Thank YOU 

On December 17, 2023, I turned in a petition with 50 signatures of registered voters to support my candidacy for the Ohio House of Representatives representing the 49th District.

On November 5, 2024, over twenty-two thousand more voters cast their votes for me. To say that I am humbled by this and all the financial and volunteer support the campaign received would be an understatement. Thank you!

What happened in the 323 days between filing the petition and election day to arrive at this amazing result? We united in our belief that more accountability and transparency are needed from our leaders. We united in our belief that it is better to seek common ground than to engage in divisive politics. And most importantly, we united in our belief that we have the moral, ethical and social responsibility to be ALL IN FOR ALL PEOPLE, ALWAYS!

Although our twenty-two thousand votes were not enough to secure the seat, it was enough to create a lasting impact on our community. I will continue to lead with humanity and to serve this community. I ask that you do the same. Because as President Roosevelt stated:

“The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
